When

The first Whitestrake's Mayhem will start on May 11, 2023 (Thursday) at 10AM US EDT. It will end at 10AM US EDT on May 23, 2023 (Tuesday).

The second Whitestrake's Mayhem will start on June 29 (Thursday) at 10AM US EDT. It will end at 10AM US EDT on July 11, 2023 (Tuesday).

Note that temporary new campaigns will be added to the PvP campaigns menu which means there will be more Cyrodiil and Imperial City servers than usual. These events are typically also a good time for people to push for Emperorship and the achievements/costume associated with Emperorship more easily than any time of year!

Where

You can go to the in-game Crown Store to acquire the "Details on the Whitestrake's Mayhem" quest.

After picking it up, you have the option of traveling to a Cyrodiil campaign through the Alliance War menu to proceed with the quest by going to your faction's gates (Eastern Aldmeri Dominion Gate, Northern Ebonheart Pact Gate & Southern Daggerfall Covenant Gate). Or you can visit a Battlegrounds camp outside major cities.

Find "Predicant Maera" (NPC) at any of the above locations. If you had participated in a previous Whitestrake's Mayhem (formerly known as Midyear Mayhem), you don't need to do it again.

Completion of Predicant Maera's quest will award you with a "Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity" (NOT a memento, it will be in your Inventory) and a "Pelinal's Boon Box".

The Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity can be used an unlimited number of times for you to get a two hour long buff for 100% more Alliance Points and XP gain per player kill.

You do not need to use the Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity to gain 100% more Tel Var Stones in any Imperial City campaign.

If you destroy or somehow lose the Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity, you can return to Predicant Maera for another scroll or use the "Basin of the Gore Virtuous" next to her.

Rewards

During the events, you can get the following with the Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity active:

Double Alliance Points (100% in Cyrodiil, Battlegrounds & Imperial City)
Double XP Per Player Kill (100% in Cyrodiil, Battlegrounds & Imperial City)

During the events, you can get the following even without the Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity:

Double Tel Var Stones (100% in any Imperial City Campaign)

House Dufort Banneret Outfit Styles can drop from Imperial City bosses and sweepers.

Gloamsedge Armor Style pages (pictured below) can also drop from Imperial City bosses and sweepers.

Pelinal's Boon Boxes

In addition to the usual Rewards for the Worthy containers and the PvP daily quest rewards, you will also receive Pelinal's Boon Boxes. The complete list of activities from which you can gain these boxes is as follows:

Battleground quests from Battlemaster Rivyn
Any Scouting, Battle, Warfront and Conquest Mission
Elder Scroll Capture or Recapture Quests
Town Quests (Vlastarus, Bruma, Cropsford, Cheydinhal and Chorrol)
Imperial City Daily Quests

You have a guaranteed chance of receiving ONE of the following rewards:

1x Whitestrake's Mayhem book furnishing

You have a chance of receiving the following rewards from the boxes:

Parcel of Tel Var Stones
Grand Soul Gems
Cyrodiil Siege Repair Kits
A FULL Gold book of your Alliance's armor motif
A FULL Gold book of the Akaviri Armor motif (.5% chance)
2x Fragments of the Alliance Breton Terrir Pet (instead of 1)

Node Bonuses

You can get extra resources from harvestable nodes during the Whitestrake Mayhem event.

Golden Vendor

Adhazabi "The Golden" Aba-daro will have a more expansive inventory during the weekend.

She will have CP160 Legendary quality item sets in the form of jewelry.

Necklaces will appear during the first weekend of the event.

Rings will appear during the second weekend of the event.

Event Tickets

You can earn up to THREE Event Tickets each day of the events by completing two different PvP activities:

2x Event Tickets - First Cyrodiil or Battleground Daily Quest (includes Bounty Board, Town Daily, Conquest Board or daily Battleground Quests)

1x Event Ticket - Imperial City District Daily Quest

You should be able to earn up to 39 Event Tickets.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to not gain Event Tickets after you hit the inventory currency cap of 12 Event Tickets or those won't be added to your inventory.
