Gear Review
We are pretty much forced into using Tzogvin's Warband due to the lack of skill slots for things such as a source of Minor Force (Channeled Acceleration or Barbed Trap) in addition to the recent nerfs of Backstabber and Fighting Finesse in Update 34.
With Tzogvin's, we are pretty much at the 125% Critical Damage cap in this instance with Major Force from Aggressive Horn and such.
Slimecraw is of course going to be our one piece set in the Light weight due to the need for Penetration and also the higher than 1x average amount of Critical Chance.
If you're a support DPS (as shown in the video above) you will be going with War Machine which is a source of Major Slayer for the rest of the group every time you cast your Ultimate.
If you're going all out as a DPS, you can simply wear Coral Riptide.
The Oakensoul Ring is of course there as the entire build is conceptualized around the Mythic. Its main attractions in the instance of vAS Hard Mode is that it frees up a support item set (Major Courage means we don't need a healer in Spell Power Cure), it gives Major Prophecy/Savagery/Brutality/Sorcery (meaning we can run Minor Heroism potions), it gives Major Heroism (stacks with Minor Heroism and Pillager's Profit), Major Protection/Resolve (we can go parse food), Major Berserk (we don't need to run Kinras's Wrath) and so forth.
I do not recommend at all using Oakensoul Ring in Cloudrest Hard Mode, unlike Werewolf form it doesn't seem to prevent Relequen's Lightning barswap mechanic in Cloudrest.
I've experimented with 1x Valkyn Skoria (if the Penetration is lacking) but found better results with 1x Slimecraw.
It doesn't matter how you arrange your setup as long as you have both Tzogvin's and War Machine/Coral Riptide with Oakensoul Ring/Slimecraw.
We are going with a primarily Stamina based damage spec.
If you're going with Flame Reach instead of Camouflaged Hunter you can go with Inferno Staff.
Skills Review
I've experimented and tested in quite a few runs with a lot of different skills. I do not think alternating Crystal Weapon with a semi-spammable or another spammable (Crystal Weapon -> Light Attack -> Alternate Spammable -> Light Attack -> Crystal Weapon) is not as good as simply using Crystal Weapon by itself (Crystal Weapon -> Light Attack -> Crystal Weapon -> Light Attack).
I've also tried Silver Bolts, Silver Shards, Crushing Shock in conjunction with Haunting Curse with or without Camouflaged Hunter.
The Daedric Prey makes too much sense with the abnormally often casts of Greater Storm Atronach combined with the Twilight Tormentor.
The Bound Armaments 4 dagger proc should be activated the moment the 4 daggers are up rather than waiting a GCD after the 4th dagger spawns.
Camouflaged Hunter allows use to get consistent Minor Berserk in addition to some Weapon/Spell Damage from the Fighters Guild passive while letting us spend one less GCD for single target DPS.
With how we arrange our Champion Points, we don't have Thaumaturge so slotting a Damage over Time effect seemed useless.

Champion Points Review
Fitness Slottables are preference in terms of Spirit Mastery such as Celerity, etc.
We don't have a DoT so no need for Thaumaturge. Backstabber still nets you 2% more Critical Damage post-Update 34 nerfs over Fighting Finesse so that was chosen.
Deadly Aim and Wrathful Strikes in the absence of Thaumaturge and Biting Aura are self-explanatory.
Introduction (Update 34)
This build is intended to be used for a purely single target spec without the usage of both skill bars in The Elder Scrolls Online and even more meant for the single instance of a Veteran Asylum Sanctorium Hard Mode.
This is due to the nature of vAS Hard Mode if your group can "skip" both Felms and Llothis meaning you kill Olms before either mini-boss enrages.
Recommended race for this build is Altmer or Dunmer.
Recommended potion for this build is an Essence of Heroism (Minor Heroism + Stamina or Minor Heroism + Stamina + Magicka)
Recommended food for this build is Lava Foot Soup-And-Saltrice unless you can sustain bi-stat food.
Recommended Mundus Stone is The Thief.
